James Back

James understands how to work together to achieve reconciliation – it has been his passion for over 25 years. James was the inaugural CEO of Reconciliation WA for seven years. He has built strong relationships across all sectors and diverse stakeholders (corporate, government, Aboriginal, community, health and education).

James’ respectful, enthusiastic and engaging leadership approach brings people together. He is deeply passionate about improving lives and making positive social change in Australia.

James has lived and worked in remote aboriginal communities and has held various roles with a focus on Aboriginal reconciliation, health and education. He celebrates deep, rich relationships and connections with the Martu People of the Western Desert and the Noongar People of the South West.

Collene

Collene Castle

Collene is a proud, strong Menang Noongar yok with kinship connections throughout the Noongar and Yamatji regions in WA. Collene has many years of experience developing Reconciliation Action Plans. Collene is a member of the West Coast Eagles RAP committee and along with her work on the National GHD Rap committee. Collene has developed an excellent understanding of what’s needed on the ground to develop organisations through their RAP journey.

Collene is an Aboriginal Employment Specialist and has extensive experience identifying gaps and solutions in employer’s attraction, recruitment and retention processes with demonstrated successful outcomes. Further to this, Collene has broad experience in building Aboriginal Engagement Strategies and provides excellent cultural awareness training opportunities. With experience in many industries, Collene’s strengths are:

Natalie Kendal

Natalie enjoys helping organisations to develop strategies and undertake projects that make a positive difference.  She draws on her broad experience across 20 years working in corporate roles and community roles to build client relationships, engage with stakeholders, set the strategy, solve complex problems and deliver impactful outcomes (commercial and social).

Natalie is passionate about empowering clients to drive long lasting change through reconciliation.
